This explains what Lemo AI stores, why, who it is sent to, how long it is kept and how to get rid of it. It is written from the actual database rather than from a template, so every table named here is a table that exists.
The short version. Lemo stores your Discord user ID and username, the messages you send it, and what you have configured. Your messages are sent to an AI provider to produce a reply. Nothing is sold, and nothing is used to train anybody's model. You can delete all of it yourself, at any time, without asking us.
Lemo AI is run by an individual operator (the “we” below), reachable by opening a support ticket — direct-message the Lemo bot on Discord — or through the official Lemo AI Discord server. For data-protection purposes we are the controller of the data described here.
| What | Why | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Discord user ID, username, avatar | To know whose account is whose — every balance, chat and setting is keyed on your Discord ID | users |
| Messages you send Lemo, and its replies | So a conversation can continue, be reopened, searched and exported | studio_messages, support_messages |
| The text of files you attach | So Lemo can answer about them. Only the extracted text is kept — the file itself is discarded. Pasted images are the one exception and are kept as image data, because a picture has no text to extract | studio_files |
| Facts Lemo writes down about you | So it remembers you between chats. You can read and delete every one of them in Settings → Memory | studio_memory |
| Your standing instructions and projects | To shape how Lemo answers you | studio_prefs, studio_projects |
| Server settings, moderation config, warnings you issued or received | To run the bot in a server. Warnings are per server and never travel between them | guild_configs, warnings, guild_timeout_strikes |
| Credits, plan expiry, and a record of what was spent | So we can answer “where did my Credits go?” without guessing | users, credit_ledger, studio_spend |
| Lemon economy, XP and levels | The free game. These are global to your account, by design — one balance and one level across every server | economy, xp_data, garden_plots, seed_inventory |
| Support ticket transcripts | Saved when a ticket is closed, so a billing question months later can be answered | support_tickets |
We do not ask for or store your email address, your real name, your phone number, your payment details or your IP address. Signing in uses Discord’s OAuth and we request only your basic profile and the list of servers you can manage — never your Discord password, and never the ability to read your private messages with other people.
Lemo is an artificial-intelligence assistant, not a person. It is wrong sometimes, including confidently. Do not rely on it for legal, medical or financial decisions, and check anything that matters.
To produce a reply, the text of your message — plus enough recent conversation for it to make sense, anything you attached, and what Lemo remembers about you — is sent to an AI provider:
We also rely on Discord (sign-in and everything the bot does) and Railway (hosting and the database). Each of these is an independent company with its own privacy policy, and your data is subject to theirs as well as this one.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your conversations to train any model. What a provider does under its own terms is outside our control, which is why they are named here rather than hidden.
When Lemo computes something it writes a small program and runs it inside your own browser, in a locked box with no network access and no access to this page, your account or your Discord servers. The code and what it printed are stored with the conversation. Nothing is executed on our machines and nothing leaves your browser except the output.
You do not need to ask us, and you do not need to wait:
Deleting a chat deletes the files attached to it. Removing the bot from a Discord server stops all processing for that server.
If you are in the UK, the EU or another region with data-protection law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and export your data, and to object to its processing. Export is built in — any chat can be downloaded as Markdown from its ⋯ menu. For anything else, or to complain, open a ticket by DMing the bot. You may also complain to your national data-protection authority.
Our lawful basis is performance of a contract (running the service you asked for) and our legitimate interest in keeping it working and free of abuse.
Discord requires users to be at least 13, and older in some countries. Lemo is not for anyone below their local Discord minimum age. If we learn we are holding data for somebody underage, we delete it.
If a server turns on Super Security, Lemo reads the messages in that server to check them. This is off by default, is chosen by that server’s administrators and not by us, and nothing is ever deleted by it. Its verdicts and any warnings are stored against that server only.
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, the date at the top changes and we will say so in the official Discord server.
